Ingredients are :
1) Aaloo/ potato – 4 medium size (sliced )
2) Coriander powder/ Dhaniya powder – 1 tbsp
3) All spices powder /Garam Masala Powder – ½ tbsp.
4) Namak / salt – acc to tast
5) Jeera /cumin seeds – ¼ tbsp.
6) Hing/ asafoetida – chutki bhaar / 1 pinch
7) Tel / oil – 3 tsp
8) Laal mirch/ red chilli powder – as per taste( ½ tbsp)
9) Haldi / turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.
